Ordering Five Guys
Yes! We have over 150 Five Guys locations across the UK. Click here to find your nearest store.
Yes. We have a Five Guys App for Click & Collect and Curbside orders. You can make an account to repeat previous orders and save your favourite combinations for a faster ordering process. Download the Five Guys App here.
Our Curbside Pickup service allows you to pre-order via our website or App and have your order delivered straight to your car. After placing your order, you can enter your car registration details and activate geo-location on your phone, so we can bring your Five Guys to your car outside of the store. Remember to click on the “I’m Here” notification when you arrive, as geo-location turns off if the web page or App are closed on your phone.
Yes. We offer Five Guys delivery through our delivery partners: Just Eat and Deliveroo. You can find your nearest location here to place an order through their App. Select the relevant partner icon on the Store page to be redirected. Why not order for delivery on those days you’re too lazy to cook?
We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards, including AMEX, in our stores across England, Scotland and Wales. We also accept Google and Apple Pay.
You can also pay with a Five Guys gift card, One4All gift card or Restaurant Choice gift card when paying in-store.
In charge of organising the office lunch? Having a day out with your fries and family and everyone is craving a Five Guys? No worries!
Our Group Ordering works like our Click & Collect services, with the addition of each member of your group having the ability to add their order on their own devices. Everyone enters their name and order, and one person checks out.
- Head to the Order page, select your store and collection time, and click ‘Order My Food’
- In the top right corner, click to ‘Create Group Order’
- Name your group. “Hungry 4 burgers, Johnson Family, Dinner timeeee” are all great options – be as creative as you want!
- Share the link with your group. Each person will be able to add their chosen order under their own names.
- Once your group is ready, head to the Checkout page. Make sure everyone is happy with their orders, as once you reach the Checkout page the order will be closed and cannot be amended.
Your order will be ready at your chosen time. Head to the store, and enjoy your burgers & friends!

Allergens & Dietary Requirements
Our fries are a ‘Boardwalk style’ fry, which means that they are hand-cut on site each day and cooked in refined peanut oil following a 3-step process: precook, cooling, and final cook. The heating qualities and texture found in peanut oil allow for this process to run smoothly and achieve the quality of fry that we are known for. We believe that peanut oil meets the flavour profile we seek.
We have a Peanut Butter milkshake mix-in available, which is stored alongside the rest of the available flavours in our milkshake station. All milkshakes are prepared using a single shake-spin handle and this is cleaned after each use with the appropriate PPM sanitiser. Unfortunately, we cannot serve milkshakes to peanut allergy sufferers.
In selected stores, we also have open boxes of shelled peanuts in the dining area, which are complimentary for our customers.
Our burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches are not cooked with nut products. However, there is always the risk of cross contamination, so we advise that you let our crew members know about your allergy before ordering at the till.
We use 100% refined peanut oil, which contains only enough preservatives (less than 0.004%) so that the oil doesn’t foam when we cook our fries.
Unfortunately, customers cannot grab peanuts for takeaway, even if they are inside a bag or other container. Although it is rare that a casual encounter with peanuts will cause an allergic reaction, we want to limit the risk of someone unknowingly coming into contact with peanuts.
Over the past 20 years, our complimentary peanuts have become a part of our identity. It is a well-loved feature of Five Guys fans and they look forward to having a pre-burger snack at our stores. The taste of our peanut oil fries is also unique to our brand.
We by no means want to exclude guests from our stores, but at the same time would not want to disappoint our peanut eating guests.
We appreciate that nuts are one of of the 14 common allergens and take the necessary precautions to avoid putting someone’s health at risk. We have signage on our doors, tills and menus regarding the presence of peanuts in bulk containers. The boxes of refined peanut oil in the dining area are intended to further alert customers of its use.
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our burger buns, hot dog buns, HP sauce, the Oreo Cookies and Lotus Biscoff milkshake mix-ins, and the Malt Vinegar condiment for our fries.
Due to the way some ingredients are prepared, they may also be unsuitable for people with an intolerance. You can find more information about these products here.
Since Five Guys buns are not gluten free, we offer modified options for customers with gluten sensitivity. You can order any burger or hot dog without the bun, in either a Lettuce Wrap or a No Bun Bowl. You can also bring your own gluten free bun, as the burger is simple to transfer. However, please note that due to food safety precautions, we cannot prepare your food with this bun.
Five Guys beef is gluten free, consisting of 100% 80/20 ground chuck with no additives, fillers, or preservatives. Our bacon and hot dogs are also gluten free. All meat is cooked on a dedicated grill separate from the bun toasting grill.
Our fries, both Five Guys Style and Cajun, are gluten free. They are made from fresh cut potatoes soaked in water and cooked in dedicated fryers with 100% refined peanut oil.
Whilst we do all we can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross contamination. We advise checking our Allergen and Ingredients charts online or in store and always advising the team of any allergies or intolerances so they can take the appropriate precautions.
Our burger and hot dog buns contain both soy and dairy.
The hot dog sausage, plus the Chocolate and Oreo milkshake mix-ins also contain soy. The cheese and milkshakes are dairy products.
Due to the way some products are prepared, they may not be suitable for customers with allergies or intolerances.
We advise checking our Allergen or Ingredients charts before ordering and letting the team know of the allergies or intolerances at the till before placing your order.
Yes, we serve sandwiches made from our burger buns and vegetables only, without meat patties.
The Veggie Sandwich consists of fresh and grilled vegetables on our signature bun and can be made with or without cheese. It does not contain a patty. Our Grilled Cheese Sandwich is made by turning our burger bun inside out and toasting it with a light layer of mayo on the outside, plus melted cheese. You can add any of our 15 free toppings.
The buns are toasted on a separate grill only used for bread and vegetables, free from any meat products.
Our burger buns include milk and eggs, so they may not be an suitable for all vegetarians or vegans. Our cheese also contains dairy.
Our fries are plain potatoes cooked in peanut oil – both Five Guys and Cajun styles are suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.
There is always a chance for cross contamination, so we advise checking our Allergen and Ingredients charts at the stores location and letting the team know of any allergens or intolerances so they can advise accordingly.
All of our milkshake mix-ins and the vanilla milkshake base are suitable for vegetarians, with the exclusion of Bacon, which is made from real pork bacon.
We clean and sanitise the milkshake spindle (used to mix shakes) after every use to minimise the risk of cross contamination.
Yes, our dairy products (Mayonnaise, Cheese and Milkshakes) are made with pasteurised milk, safe to be consumed during pregnancy.
There is a notice on our online ordering website and our delivery partners’ ordering page stating that we cannot cater for allergies for these types of orders.
While we appreciate the importance of allergens at Five Guys, we cannot account for them for Click & Collect and Delivery orders as we cannot identify the allergens in question.

Halal Information
The following Five Guys stores are fully Halal certified where we serve Halal certified British beef. No bacon, hot dogs or alcohol are available in these stores:
The rest of our stores in England, Scotland and Wales are not halal certified and do not serve halal beef.

In order for the stores to be fully Halal certified we will not offer bacon, hot dogs or alcohol at these stores.
In future, we may look to introduce a Halal certified hot dog.
We are working to bring Five Guys burgers & fries to everyone.
Our burgers use Halal certified British beef that is prepared via the stun-to-stun method, as required to become Halal certified, whilst maintaining humane and ethical standards without compromising on animal welfare according to UK and EU legislation.
The taste does not change. We follow all the same standards to create our delicious burgers.
Kids' Meal
Yes! We’ve introduced a limited-time offer Five Guys Kids Meal across our UK stores (excludes Northern Ireland).
For only £7.00, the meal includes:
- A choice of a Little Hamburger, Hot Dog or Grilled Cheese with a choice of Ketchup, Mayo or Mustard
- Mini Fries
- Mini Drink
You can add Cheese or Bacon for an extra charge.
Kids’ Meal is available to order in-store or via online collection. For more information, please click here.
You can add any combination of Ketchup, Mayo and Mustard. No other toppings can be added.
The Kids Meal is a set meal, and items in this meal cannot be replaced by another item.
Yes, the Mini Drink in the Kids Meal is refillable for the duration of your visit in store.
The Kids Meal does not come with a toy or prize. However, we have crayons and post cards to draw on in store – let your creativity shine!
The Five Guys Kids Meal is intended for children 12 years and under.

Gift Cards & Coupons
We have physical Gift Cards and eGift Cards available at Five Guys. Gift Cards can be purchased at any Five Guys UK store in England, Scotland, and Wales.
Gift cards can also be purchased in selected ASDA locations (fixed £20 value), Sainbury’s locations (values from £15 – £200) and WHSmith stores (values from £15 – £200).
eGift Cards can be purchased directly on our website under the ‘Gift Cards’ section here.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be used towards in-store purchases at any of our UK stores across England, Scotland and Wales. They can only be used towards the purchase of Five Guys food and drink menu items.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be used on our Click & Collect or Curbside orders on our App and website. They cannot be used for purchases made via our delivery partners.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase items on the Five Guys UK Merch Store.
All Gift Cards and eGift Cards have a minimum purchase value of £5 and a maximum value of £250.
Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with respect to your order and the eGift Card will be emailed to your chosen receipt at the email address provided by you at check out (on the day of the order or the selected date).
The eGift Card email will contain a digital copy of the gift card, a QR code, the number and pin number.
If you haven’t received an email containing your eGift Card, please check the spam and junk folder of both the buyer and recipient.
If you believe that the email address of the recipient was entered incorrectly, please send us a message on our Contact Page under ‘Gift Card Enquires’ so we can take a look at this for you.
There are a few ways to check the balance for Gift Cards and eGift Cards:
- Presenting the gift card/card number at the till across our stores in England, Scotland and Wales
- Sending us a message on our Contact Page under ‘Gift Card Enquires’, along with the relevant details. A member of our team will respond with the details as soon as possible.
- EGIFT CARDS ONLY: Check your balance online by entering your card details on the Balance Check page.
Yes, you can top up your existing Gift Card in-store. Currently, you cannot top up an existing eGift Card online.
Your Gift Card or eGift Card will be valid from the time it is activated (being the time of purchase) until 24 months after the date of the last use of your Gift Card or eGift Card.
Upon expiry, any balance remaining on a Gift Card or eGift Card will be cancelled and forfeited, and they can no longer be used.
If a Gift Card or eGift Card is corrupted, deleted, lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged or used without permission, Five Guys are not responsible. We cannot replace these Gift Cards.
If you have experienced any issues in redeeming your Gift Card or eGift Card, please reach out to us on our Contact Page under ‘Gift Card Enquires’ so we can take a look for you.
We can only issue a cancellation, return or refund of a Gift Card or eGift Card within 14 days of your purchase, provided that you have not used any funds on the card. Please reach out to us on our Contact Page under ‘Gift Card Enquires’ to provide a written notice of your cancellation request.

Yes, we accept both One4All and Restaurant Choice Cards at our Five Guys locations across England, Scotland and Wales. Please inform the team at the till who will be able to process this for you.
Five Guys does not offer any coupons or discounts. Heck, employees at the Five Guys can only get free burgers if they are working in the store! Why? We strive to serve the highest quality product possible, at a reasonable price, everyday! We do not discount the price of our product because we refuse to discount the quality of our product.
